KLOW
The four-peptide blend GHK-Cu + KPV + BPC-157 + TB-500: skin, inflammation and recovery.
iThe essentials in 10 seconds
- Ready-to-use blend: GHK-Cu + KPV + BPC-157 + TB-500 in a single vial
- GLOW enhanced with KPV, an anti-inflammatory tripeptide (α-MSH derivative)
- Subcutaneous injection with the pen, once daily, with gradual titration
- Target: skin, mucous membranes and low-grade inflammation
IWhat is KLOW?
KLOW builds on the GLOW protocol base (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) and adds KPV (lysine-proline-valine), a tripeptide derived from α-MSH studied for its anti-inflammatory action on the skin and mucous membranes. The vial is dosed 5:1:1:1 — 50 mg of GHK-Cu to 10 mg of each of the other three, for 80 mg total.
Recently introduced blend: no clinical trial has evaluated the combination of these four peptides. Doses are extrapolated from the protocols of each component. The high copper content requires cycles with a break; a blue-green line at the injection site is possible (copper, not serious).
The molecules presented on this site are innovative and fall under experimental use. Human data remain limited: a studied mechanism or a preclinical observation is not sufficient to demonstrate a benefit. The regulatory status in Morocco is not established for most of these peptides. Any use is decided within the framework of a medical consultation, with follow-up — never alone, never without an assessment.
IIThe benefits
KPV modulates inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes — an α-MSH derivative.
GHK-Cu stimulates collagen and elastin: firmness and even tone.
BPC-157 + KPV: protection and repair of the intestinal mucosa.
BPC-157 and TB-500 cover tendon and muscle repair.
Supports the hair follicle and scalp quality.
Four peptides in one vial, with a gradual dose increase for tolerability.
IIIRecommendations & how to use
Route: subcutaneous injection with the injection pen (32G · 4 mm needle, changed at each injection) · Titration: W1–2: 7.5 units (≈2 mg) · W3–4: 15 units (≈4 mg) · W5–8: 22.5 units (≈6 mg), then a tapering plateau · Cycle: 4 to 6 weeks (up to 8–12 weeks with slow titration) then a 2- to 4-week break · Storage: refrigerated (2–8 °C), protected from light, 28 days after reconstitution.

IVThe two protocols
Goal: calm skin and mucosal inflammation while boosting skin quality.
Monitoring: digestive and skin tolerability, skin quality, photos.
Goal: support tissue repair and the intestinal mucosa (BPC-157 + KPV + TB-500).
Monitoring: pain, mobility, digestive comfort; reassessment at the end of the cycle.
VProtocol rules
- Increase the dose gradually (titration)
- Respect the break between two cycles (copper load)
- Daily sun protection (SPF)
- Before/after follow-up photos
- Keep the cartridge in the refrigerator (2–8 °C)
- No injection without medical training (pen)
- Do not start directly at the high dose
- Do not chain cycles without a break
- Progressive cancer, pregnancy: medical advice
- Known allergy to copper or peptides: medical advice
